To delete your account, ensure you are signed in to https://app.play.ht/
* While you're signed in to the studio dashboard
* Click on your profile information at the left bottom side of your dashboard
* Then click on Account settings and Danger Zone from the screen that appears
* In the danger zone settings, type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the text box as prompted on the screen
* After that, click on the Delete my Account button
* You will get a pop-up informing you of the permanence of this action
* Click on OK if you're sure
* You will get an "Account deletion failed" error message if; You still have an active subscription or if you have Outstanding invoices
* Take the necessary action and then follow the process again.
Your account will now be deleted.
Note: Deleting the account doesn't cancel your subscription. Make sure you cancel your subscription before you delete your account.
