What is PlayAI's refund policy?

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and the character usage must be below 5000 characters. Any subscription plan that has used more than 5000 characters for text-to-voice generation is not eligible for a refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Services.
